Our online store is open for orders of up to 50 units and for shipping to the United Kingdom, United States, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, Canada, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland and Poland.
For other countries, or to place an order for more than 50 units, please contact our sales team.
How do I place an order?
Head over to our online store and select the products you would like to buy. Go to your basket to review your order. Finally, click on "Proceed to checkout" to enter your shipping and payment details. Place your order when you're ready.
What payment methods can I use?
You can use any major credit or debit card to place an order. If you are based in the Netherlands, we also provide iDeal as a payment method.
Do you charge VAT?
We do not charge VAT if you enter a valid VAT number based in the EU. If you don't have a valid EU VAT number, we will charge VAT at checkout. You can see the VAT amount in your order summary.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Please make sure that you have sufficient funds on your account. If you do have sufficient funds and the payment is failing, please contact us here.
Can I return a product?
Products that have been delivered cannot be returned. Please make sure to read our terms and conditions before placing your order.
When should I expect my order to be delivered?
We aim to prepare, pack and send your parcel within 1 working day of the order being confirmed. On average this is between 1 and 5 days.
Our courier services use the following delivery times:
- Europa: 2-5 días laborables
- América del Norte: 3-8 días laborables
- Australia and New Zealand: 4-9 working day

Our products are shipped directly from our manufacturer or from our fulfillment centre. The shipment and delivery of our products are handled by certified and best-in-class courier services.
¿Cómo puedo ver el estado de mi envío?
- You receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after your payment. Please check your order and shipment address carefully.
- Your order is processed within 1-5 working days on average. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a notification email letting you know that your order has been shipped and includes a tracking number and courier for you to track your shipment.
